When will I get my order ?
Most orders are shipped within 24 hrs. Please see our delivery schedule for times.
Where can I check the status of my order ?
You can check your order status by logging into Your Account and typing in your email address and password that was used when ordering, If you used our Express Checkout you would use the password that was emailed to you after placing your order.
When and how will I get my tracking number for my order ?
Tracking numbers are sent via email by our system automatically within 24 hrs. AFTER your order has been shipped. Please note that if your email address was incorrect upon ordering or you are using email spam software, you will not receive tracking.
How do I know if the item is in stock ?
This web site offers stock monitoring and alerts the customer if an item is out of stock.
Do you ship outside the USA ?

Do you ship to military address APO/FPO's ?

Yes, Image Supply's order process is encrypted using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), the industry standard.
When will my credit card be charged ?
Your credit card will be charged the day your order is shipped.
Do you charge sales tax ?
We only charge sales tax in the state of New York.
