Your Order
1. Orders received before 2:00 PM eastern will usually be shipped the same working day or next working day if placed on a weekend or major holiday.

2. Holiday Rush - To treat all of are customers fairly, orders are processed in order received. Although every effort is made to prioritize air shipments, we cannot guarantee same or next business day shipping during the busy holiday season. (Nov.-Jan.)
3. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped!
In the event that the credit card information given can not be processed due to address verification, insufficient funds, missing or incorrect card numbers etc. you will be notified via e-mail or by phone.
4. Once you have placed your order, order details and password will be sent to you instantly via e-mail complete with log-in instructions for checking order status.
5. Tracking numbers are sent automatically (UPS only) via e-mail, usually within 24 hours after order has been shipped. Note: Your email address must be correct and your email account must not have any Spam blocking software installed.
Back Orders
Although this web site offers stock monitoring and alerts the customer if an item is out of stock, this is not always 100% timely accurate due to data entry etc. In the event that we are out of stock on an item, you will be notified via email or telephone. All orders over 30 days old are automatically canceled unless agreement is made between customer and us.

Address Corrections
We are not responsible at any time for incorrect address information or products ordered. Please be sure to check your order email confirmation closely. If you have found that you made an error, contact us immediately using our Contact Form.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Cancellations are only accepted if item or items ordered are out of stock when inquiring on a backorder. Your backorder is not considered canceled until you receive email confirmation with a cancellation number from us. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed on this site.
Undelivered Shipments
Customers are responsible for shipping charges for refused or undeliverable shipments for reasons beyond the control of Carrier. There also will be a 10% restocking fee that applies.
Return Policy

Please contact us for a return authorization number using our Return Form.
Any returns received without the RA # on the outside of the box will be refused.
Return any item within 30 days from the date shipped, excluding
manicure drills, opened electric shavers, epilators and travel appliances. *See policy below.
There will be a 10% restocking fee on all returns associated with refunds.
Damaged or defective merchandise will be exchanged for same item only.
We are not responsible for return shipping or charges accept for damaged or defective merchandise.
Returned items that offered free shipping will be charged actual shipping rates and will be deducted from refunds.
Absolutely no returns accepted for any reason after 30 days.
(Holiday Purchases - Nov. thru Dec.) Returns extended to Jan. 31
Returns must have copy of sales receipt, all packaging, parts, accessories, blank warranty cards, manuals, etc. The merchandise and packaging must be clean and in new, resalable condition without any tape added to the original merchandise container. Returns must be packed inside a shipping box. If these guidelines are not met merchandise may be refused or shipped back to the customer.
*Most electric shavers and epilators carry a 90-day manufacturers satisfaction guarantee or your money back.
Electric shavers and epilators must be sent to the manufacturer for refunds.
No refunds on manicure drills, only store credit or exchange accepted within 14 days of purchase.
Due to the nature, travel appliances can not be returned once opened or used*
